Today, the 9th January 2012, we are informing you that we filed a lawsuit against Blizzard.

The lawsuit says that TOS and EULA never where part of the purchase contract, that TOS and EULA are intransparent, surprising and incomprehensible.

We chose the court in Berlin / Germany. There is not much to say now, we are simply asking the court to decide in a declaratory action if the terms apply or do not apply.

As of today Pirox announced a termination of his services on 25th January 2012.

By the time that Activision Blizzard had a trip to Germany, to meet at least 3 Bot Devs, one of them was Pirox ( July 2011 ).

Other than us, Pirox was ready to talk with Blizzard about an settlement, and as it seems they finally agreed the conditions.

The settlement was about stopping Pirox to work, not about personal details of users, that means there is no data going to Blizzard.

As of this was confidential, i could not have talked about it, unless it turns into public news.

As our forum probably will be flooded these day, there is a forum post of our Mod Kick, which mostly explains everything about Honorbuddy.

We have merged the Ryftomate and Honorbuddy forums. Over the coming months, we will be launching bots for two more games and we hope that having all of our bots in one forum will make things easier for you. If you have had any issues moving your forum account, please make a new forum account and post in the support section and we will get it sorted for you.

We are happy to announce that we are back to our old System.

Instead of Honorbuddy Lifetime we now offer our Products as Honorbuddy Elite which will, once bought, be valid as long as it or WOW lasts.

Again, we are confident to fight for our right up to the highest court, and this will take a long while.

All of you, that previously have bought the 1 Year Keys, will be upgraded to Elite in the next few weeks.

This is in response to feedback that the key system was too complicated.

Also there are some rumors, that Blizzard didn't visit only Bossland, but also Pirox, AioBot and Fairplaybot, all located in Germany.

There was not yet any kind of statement from them.
