Hell MP10 Vs. Inferno MP0 item drops

I'm just curious. I'm running a DH with about 142k dps 60k life but <250 AR. I die every once in a while, my GF/h is around 190k - 250k. If I switch to Hell MP10 will I still get legendary drops as frequently as I do in inferno MP0? I'm just thinking I can run Hell faster so it might be worth it. any thoughts?

anyone have some kind of numbers? i was wondering the same thing thing today.

i have a DH and i just want EXP and gold quickly i feel like inferno on a DH is just too hard to bot im sitting at 10 Deaths per hour at 250k dps. but 25mill exp/hour on inferno. are hell numbers comparable to that? i only get 200k gold per hour but my paragon level is only 15 and i have 0GF on my gear

Inferno mp0 loot is lvl 63, hell mp10 is lvl 60. What more numbers do you need?
