      Hi all I decided to share with you the build I'm using for farming [A1 - Inferno] Champion-Hunting Profile with my Wizard. It's a tanking spec. It requires some gear to optimise it well but when you get specific crit level and arcane regen, Critical Mass and the power or Wicked Twister makes Frost Nova to cool down under 1 second and then elites simply stop casting their habilities(mortar/freeze/etc) as they are perma-frozen by Frost Nova.

      BUILD
      Here you can see the build: Twister-Frost Wizard - Wizard - Game Guide - Diablo III

      Gilles Combat Routine is now 99% supported, give it a try.
      It will take your spells into consideration, It's quite spammy and efficient, It automatically avoid arcanes and such bad things. The only problem I've seen so far is with pathing sometimes when there are no way to get out. In fact I'm not sure I would survive myself playing better than the bot itself, things happens. Also it seem's to make the bot go back and forth anormally, seems to be trying to get into mobs instead of just besides them. Still it's by far the best routine available atm. Try it out with Act1 Champions Hunting.

      Belphegor Combat Routine does work right now.
      Using v2.0.4 of DB along a Clean Install and only Gilles Plugins is Working fine. The downside of it, if you set avoidance too high, it's apparently way too slow to compute, it makes crazy fatal lags when the bot get stuck. I used it and was experiencing about 1 or 2 deaths/hour.

      Generic Combat Routine - The Orignal Way

      I'm not using Generic routine anymore. This routine had no updates and have no integrated avoidance.
      Giles Monster Priority Changer(for Belphegor Routine) or Giles Combat Replacer Plugin(for Gilles Routine)

      Optimizing Gear
      To optimise the build the following stats are needed:
      - Resist All - Around 900 with Prismatic Armor ON.
      - Critical Strike Chance - 25%+ but 30% would be better.
      - Arcane Power on Crit - 15+ (Best around 20).
      - Life On Hit - 200+ is recommended.
      - Hp - 25k
      - DPS - 20k DPS Buffed and is fine.
      - Equip a Shield. The bot is always being hit so a Shield is vital. You can find good ones with Intel-Crit. The block % and amount greatly matters too. 20% block and lvl 63 shields are bests.
      - Pickup Radius - Try to keep at least 10 yards.

      Follower
      - Best follower will be the Scoundrel. 3% free crit, he won't block mobs from coming as stupid templar do, he helps you on dps when well geared.

      I hope you guys like this Build as much as I do. As told in topic, this is a champion farming build and its built around never dying. Don't expect it to be a Sarkoth Running build. You would be very disappointed!

      Looks interesting, how fast can you clear an avg elite pack(lets not count extra health shielding stuff). Also where do you farm with it? Act 1 I guess?

      To Okostibi :)

      Of course Act 1 for my bot. For clearing a pack it takes 30 sec to 1 min depending on mobs HP(casters with low hp take around 30 sec). It's pretty AoE efficient and especially against hordes! However against a single enemy it may be tricky sometimes... It may look odd, but having 4 blues on you comes in easier(especially when criticals are rolling and mana becomes unlimited with 6 twisters hitting) than having 1 because the more crit you get the more arcane power and quick cooldowns.

      As example when I face a hard pack of blues when I play in A3(Shield,Arcane,Descecrate,Molten), I bring them to other mobs around to hit more at once to improve my CC efficiency, Life on Hits and Diamond Skin. Especially Shielding. 3 Shielded at once, nothing hitting at all, 15 sec diamond skin cooldown is way too high. It must comes to be around 2-3 seconds for A3 for tanking and that will be possible with critical mass, twister and at least 2-3 mobs stacked togheter.

      For Act 1 the bot is really doing good. I've been very surprised by the results. I had to experiment a way to make it attack like the spec needs him to. Generic Combat Routine does not take everything into consideration but anyway this build is a spammy build so it do the job as intended.

      Personally when I play it, I solo Ghom with a build close to this one. Wizard - Game Guide - Diablo III I change Armor to pinpoint to generate extra crit to focus on Twisters and Diamond skin Only.With the Pinpoint Armor, I get to 39% crit and I actually get +19 Arcane Power per Crit. Arcane Power become unlimited and 6 twisters is a lot of LoH and make Diamond Skin CD often shorter than the GCD. I let Frost Nova in the spec but I do not use it unless it's to strategically push Ghom to the corner. The main reason for this is that spamming Frost Nova will slow the twisters recast as it's on the same GCD. With Wizard - Game Guide - Diablo III I manage most of A3 packs. I use Arcane Orb Obliteration because I want a way to dump my Arcane Power into the most damage I can with only 1 GCD so i can continue casting my twisters and my Arcane Power continue regenerating like crazy.. No point into tapping the source. I want it to increase my damage per GCD without losing critical mass. Maybe some spell like Meteor Star Pact would be great too.

      I hope this answers what you wanted to know!

      Have you tried estimating a rough GPH or some other measure of income? Variance is a bitch and I know how hard it is to estimate profitability of runs like this, but you must have wondered how this compares to the usual Sarkoth runs.

      No, I use this build for Inferno Champions Farming... There is no real GPH when doing long run profiles and getting items. I would not use this for Sarkoth.

      Hello, I'm using a very similar build. 1.3k physical res, 6k+ armor. With the Generic Combat Routine and "X Monsters Near You" on Frost Nova for example.

      First I have the problem that my wizard never goes close to the enemy, instead it's just casting from distance, which can be deadly after killing poison trees and with ranged monsters running away.

      Also DiamondSkin will never be used while Feared/Stunned/Frozen/Blind although its off cooldown and like the only spell you could use at this time.

      Any ideas? In the GenericRoutine.cs there might be a way to fix the DiamondSkin problem but I have no idea how to make my Wizard tanking. Is this possible with Belphegor maybe?

      +1 and more.

      Resists and crit are not as high as your recommendations, but I can finally cruise through the A1 Inferno champion packs. Very nice advise and build.

      Thank you.

      I'm experiencing that too. DB does not figure he is casting in trees or stuff like that. My minion(sparkflint) and scoundrel comes into play and they manage to counter this.

      I have this problem too. Life on Hit comes in handy for these situations. Having lots of HP(and/or lots of resist) helps too. I agree DB is not handling this well. I think this have to do with the client that take for account the char is stuck and prevent it from spamming uselessly. Well, we have to deal with it for now so LoH and and resist ftw! LoH is insane with this build.

      Belghelor is doing very bad with this spec actually, just saying, you can try and maybe some adjustments could be done to handle it well(choosing a range single target spell seemed to work but I don't like that Belgh wait till i'm at something like 60% hp to pop DS).

      Good luck!!

      Yesterday while I was at work(about 9h) the bot managed to fill up 2 tabs and a half of my bank by stashing yellows along 700k gold. My wish is to make that "looted gold" value as low as possible as I bot on my main(and only) account. I don't want the people with who I play to figure out my Gold looted is growing up too quick so this way of farming suits me best.

      Do I fear getting my main account banned? No. Why? This game is boring anyway. I like to bot, I like to see it in action. If it get banned, I wont play It anymore and that's it.

      Have you gotten any good loot from doing this? The build and stats spec you posted in the Original post, is that the spec required to be able to farm act 3? I'd like to run this on act 3, instead of 2 or 1...1 last thing is that which profiles/loot rules are you using? Sorry for asking too many questions

      I found a really good crossbow for level 53 with 700 DPS, a shield with MF/GF/Intel, some good rings and a sick crossbow for my scoundrel(he is at 4500 dps with 70k hp). I sold very many salvaged stuff.

      I did myself a custom loot rule that keep 61+ rare items and legendaries, salvage 60 magic and rare items. Works flawlessly so far. It also keep MANY mythical potions. I do not buy those anymore I get 5 stacks ready for when I play A3.

      When I play my A3 build Wizard - Game Guide - Diablo III with this gear it works VERY well but I'm not sure the bot would survive. I have to move myself out of the shit when doing A3, Descecrate kills me, standing in the middle of an arcane kill me, standing in molten and fire chains too.. I'm pretty sure I could bot A2, the magic in A2 is much more forgiving and Diamond Skin can handle most of it. Seen some profile that looks good for A2 but have no time for tuning it right now so I will wait this week-end(when I get much time) and then I will make a setup for A2.

      Best of luck :)

      great build!
      +rep,
      i was having a problem that frost nova wasnt casting on cooldown even when mobs were crushing my face,so i just switched twister and nova around and made Frost Nova happen on Low Health(99),and made Diamond Skin as 95.
      12 hours and counting..yet to die.

      edit:
      just died..wtb leet programming skills to make the generic routines use health pots!

      There is a plugin for pots. http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonbuddy-forum/plugins/57856-plugin-auto-health-potion.html

      I'm gonna try this 95-99 build variance and see how it work on A2 champion farming profile I'm working on, I find it is a great Idea!!

      A friend suggested "On cooldown instead and it seems to handle well except often the mobs are not even there yet and nova is already on CD lol, Otherwise it's quite spammy :)

      Having very hard time in A2 especially due to Diamond Skin not used while CCed. Hopefully this will be addressed soon.

      I'm not good at coding behaviours, but i found that in the generic routine

      private readonly WaitTimer _potionCooldownTimer = WaitTimer.ThirtySeconds;
      public Composite CreateUsePotion()
      {
      return
      new Decorator(ret => ZetaDia.Me.HitpointsCurrentPct*100f <= Settings.PotionHealth && _potionCooldownTimer.IsFinished,
      new PrioritySelector(ctx => ZetaDia.Me.Inventory.Backpack.FirstOrDefault(i => i.IsPotion),

      new Decorator(ctx => ctx != null,
      new Sequence(
      new Action(ctx => ZetaDia.Me.Inventory.UseItem(((ACDItem)ctx).DynamicId)),
      new Action(ctx => _potionCooldownTimer.Reset())
      )
      )
      )
      );
      }

      And the next part is my genericroutinesettings in my settings/battletag folder

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
      <UseAbilityWhenSettings>
      <Skills>
      <SkillSetting value="1" />
      <SkillSetting slot="Secondary" />
      <SkillSetting value="110" type="EveryNSeconds" slot="Slot1" />
      <SkillSetting value="280" type="EveryNSeconds" slot="Slot2" />
      <SkillSetting value="99" slot="Slot3" />
      <SkillSetting value="95" slot="Slot4" />
      </Skills>
      <DestroyObjectsAction>Secondary</DestroyObjectsAction>
      <DestroyObjectsDistance>10</DestroyObjectsDistance>
      <PotionHealth>40</PotionHealth>
      </UseAbilityWhenSettings>

      Was not it supposed to use potions by itself? Actually according to my settings it's set at 40%!
