Please read some of the current bug forums for POE. They are backlogged on emails from people contacting them with accounts that can't trade at the moment. They are working on a fix, and you should contact POE support.

Only GGG knows how they track botters. The best we can do on our side is to take precautions, though that's all it is, you can still get banned a minute into botting or a year. For example I botted 24 hours straight on a brand new character the first time I got it not knowing about the potentials compared to someone getting banned within the first 30 minutes. That's just how things go.
