HB Loot Issue? Help plz

Hello everyone, please take a moment and help me out if you can. 1st of all Lov the HB/GB/AA2/PB.
cant get enough. but i am having a small issue with looting sometimes. and yes my box is checked to loot along with my interface prefferances on wow is checked to auto loot when i click a corpse. what im finding tho is that when im *AA2 Bot fishing * that the loot window will linger and just wait there- if i click it it goes away and gives me the fish, ive left it on a few occasions to see what it would do and it basically closed the window after 30s. has any1 a clue on how to make sure it loots 100% of the fish. ( it may even be doing this with mining and herbing. has any1 else gotten this?

* and if any1 has a fix for it . like a plugin that makes sure you loot ? plz help this is a frustrating matter

Heres the 2 differernt logs tony,
1st log is from my shaman using shamwow cc with a new profile called [Auto Angler] TWHL Guppy and Sagefish Pools [N]

Shaman-1-12-2012_12_38 AM 2392 Log.txt this was running for 1h
Rogue -1-12-2012_1_28 AM 800 Log.txt this ran for 30mins
( both had the same issue) about every 4-6 cast it the loot window would linger for 20s then close w/o looting the fish.

i too experience this. HB is up to date.
only have 1 plugin installed, tidybags.
