Hello guys, Ill make my story short, I was botting in 2 accounts at the same time, one for pickpocketing profile and the other GB2, I forgot to turn the accounts off when I left home so that reached about 16-18hr of botting non-stop. YES I KNOW what I did is sooo wrong not to mention that I didn't know Pick pocketing is that risky I didn't check the forums. Pickpocketing account got perma banned due to the history of the account been scamming since 2006. GB2 account is New and got 72hr ban, obviously someone reported me. I tried to appeal but unfortunately they refused to do anything, I lied by saying I frequently play in a netcafe and someone might have hacked my account, first they sent me a copy-paste msg saying that i've breached the rules and they take it seriously and they are 100% sure of the evidence they got, I tried sending a ticket again saying that a copy-paste msg wouldn't help and here I got the final word, this is the last response I got >> "Greetings, There are no indications showing that your use of Internet cafés has affected the cause of this ban, which is you using a bot. This account has previously been involved in activities that are in violations of our Terms of Use. We will not re-open this account, and will abandon future tickets about this without a reply." Don't blame me, I know my mistake, If you can help me to appeal and get 72h ban instead of perma ban please tell me what to write for a ticket or what to do..
