New GB/HB Users FAQ/A!

Sorry if I'm asking this question in the wrong area. I've done a ton of searching. I'm using your questing profile 1-85 Alliance. I must be missing some simple details. I'm trying to find the settings for what gets sold/mailed. How to customize it with the person I want it mailed to. I understand the exception list but I would like it set up so it doesn’t sell anything white or above and mails the rest. Also, I'm new here but thank you so much for your contributions!!
