Now - as a side note... if you go around changing file names / folders, deleting files / folders, or moving files / folders ... make sure you right click on the project --> Tortoise SVN --> CLEAN UP and then click ok BEFORE YOU COMMIT or you will have issues!

If you don't go around changing deleting or moving stuff... you'll be fine
also, adding is fine - no issues in simply adding... just deleting /changing / moving!
