      Hi,
      I did not receive any email confirming my order or supplying me with a Key. I followed all instructions and have registered with both Buddyauth and the forums. The only emails i received are for the forums and a email confirmation for Buddyauth. I registered with the same email on all forms.

      I used the authentic site to purchase from. When i log into buddyauth the key section is blank :(

      are you sure your using the same e-mail address during checkout as you did when you registered on the buddyauth site?

      if your sure, send an e-mail to

      support@thebuddyforum.com

      make sure to include your transaction id or order number. so they can retrieve the key manually.

      Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah im sure i used the same email. I did not receive a transaction ID or an order number, is that normal ? Im taking it up with https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com
