      As the Title may attracted many people and flamers to flame once more , I'd like to say the following and these words also goes to the HB team.

      First and Foremost I wanna say thank you the team, which (I guess) is working heavily on the problems to keep the product as good as it is. Take your time and do the best you can, I wanna let you know that not all users are pissed and there are some patient users, I know that it is hard to work for ungrateful people and that it is demotivating and even more demotivating to read all those hate threads. You're awesome, and I hope anyone of you read this and feels a bit more motivated and looking forward to work the next couple of weeks.

      Secondly, serious guys, what do you expect, specially the guys who use this bot for a long period of time. To speak clearly, I paid what? 10-20?? cant remember... once ! And you got support and a product (unofficial) until you die. In todays time what the hell can you get for 10?-20? which you can use longer than a month and is supported as long as it exist? Furthermore, even if the bot does not work, im happy and thankful because the bot gave me more than 100 times the money back I have paid. Moreover the addon just started and guys should be able to live 3 days without the bot, there are thousand of things you can do, sure im also pissed and would like to afk farm skyshards or ore and sell it, but Im patient and I know that the product is good and that they will fix it. And I didnt paid much for this great product.


      This thread is not a source for more flame posts, I made it to give the people a chance to say thanks , if they want to. I 100% understand your feelings and your thoughts, but flaming and continuesly posting that it sucks and not work wont help at all.

      So keep it up Team and come back with a stronger product as it ever was.

      and last but not least: Never report a fellow botter, if you do, you suck

      If they need more funds to maintain their product they could simply create some type of donation so people could donate to help with stuff, allot of people here made back the money they paid for the bots and allot more so donating shouldn't be such a problem to keep something they rely on so much up and running.

      I just bought the bot and had time to use it these past two days. I'm getting authentication errors, errors stating kalimdor data missing, tile/map is null errors, and other misc. downloading errors. It seems there's a lot of server side issues going on that have made certain sub-bots (archeology buddy) unusable. I paid good money for a product...please make that product work. No need for me to post logs because as I sift through the forums I'm seeing numerous other customers posting the same thing. What *****s me up is I keep seeing the moderators/programmers state over and over to post logs or they won't address the issue. You'd think after a few hundred posts with the same logs they'd figure out it's not a user issue...? Fix your bot please so I can use it without spending hours troubleshooting it myself.

      "problems" is an understatement. I can work through problems, but when there's an underlying issue with the server or program that makes it unusable...it's more than a problem to me as a customer.

      I feel with you bro, I had a great time with the bot and im sure I will have more great days with it soon.
      Just be patient, its like everything in the world, sometimes they dont work and need to be fixed, but you have to give them time.
      Youre pretty unlucky that you just slide in when the bot have problems, but soon youll be happy and wont regret your decission to buy it. I made so much profit ingame with the bot , it was totally worth it.

      But complaining wont fix the issue at all, I think everyone and the team itself are not happy with the situation and are pissed off.

      As we see, everything goes the right way again, I hadnt any issues today with GB neither a other bot, no auth problem or anything.

      Lesson to learn: Patience and everything will be good.

      Thanks again team, great work. I delivered my 150 stack order of ore in just 5 hours or so.

      no thanks....many weeks now that hb don't work....1 buy 3 keys just before mop and not one day without problem....
      so no thanks, and honestly not good job.....
      sorry but it's my point of view.....
