OK well i did everything u guys said i uninstalled and reinstalled NetFramework 3.5 SP1 my world of warcraft is set to dx9 and 32bit. AND i deleted HB and reinstalled it. what do i do now? lol....... its still the same exact error. anddd i googled it and checked that out and still no help.

make a new Hb installation from scratch and make sure that all Hb files are under the same folder

my man, i am really really computer stupid but i can read and understand things so, the more instructions you can give me to fix this problem the better, i have no clue what my os means when you said that, also you told me to try to uninstall it and redownload it the problem with that is that i am bringing up the download page and it is telling me i have exceeded the number of times that i can download this so.................now what my dude....
