      as title says stuck at login since version .555 WoW and HB both ran as admin, WoW is 32bit directx9 and windowed ( previous vers. worked fine)

      clear your settings folder and give it a try

      tried that, no difference!

      make a new Hb installation from scratch (new folder)
      flush your dns
      restart your router

      got the same issues. new installation and restarting doesn't work.

      Make sure you don't have something like himachi running in the backgroud or any other network adapters re-routing traffic.

      To check if it's your router-- Add your computers internal IP address to a DMZ list on your router settings and then see if you get the same issue. If it resolves it then you need to look into your router settings.
