Hey guys, I'm just wondering, have you ever thought about an emailing system where you email your customers with up-to-date information about HB. Would save your customers coming to the forums complaining. Well you'll never stop people from complaining. But I thought a cool thing would be you send an email out every time you are forced to make changes and acknowledging it. I don't know, it might stop a lot of the "why isn't HB working?" threads. I've thought of this myself. Unfortunately, I don't think it would stop many threads. If it weren't for me looking for reported posts/PMs, I would only check my email every other day. I sure don't.
