Paladin vs. Deathknight

So, I'm leveling a new farmer (55 Pally atm) and now I'm debating to continue him or create a DK for gathering, and then get the pally to 65 to make him a crafter.

What do you guys think?

 

Well i use both.

I use my 80 pala for farming herbs and mines atm in Northrend. My 65 DK, is Inscripter and runs parrot runs for me in STV.

I Dont like to use my pala for parrot runs, because the mobs are so low lvl, and the pull ability for paladins costs 1.6k mana, so my pala will drink constantly.

I hadnt taken that into account, so you consider that pallas are better farmers? i mean over dks

 

all down to speed increaces - pale horse or pally talent - i cant remember which is faster, but 5-10% when amplified by a flying mount is a big difference over a 8 hour run

 

For me it comes down to the CC, the paladin CC is much better than the DK cc, I would defently go for the Paladin!
