First issue I had was I did not play WoW for about 11 months. Once I launched my HB, I received "Authentication Failed" over and over. So I decided perhaps I was very out of date, and tried to download HB again for the most current version. Log attached for the errors I was getting with my old version and the failure to Authenticate. However, I am located in China (Ex-Pat, English only). The HB download available was the Chinese version. The Chinese version is working for me, but I cannot read Chinese. Even selecting "English" or "en-US" as default language does not fix a lot of the language for the interface. It is impossible right now for me to use HB with the Chinese version, I need an English version that works in China. So that is my issue as it stands. I have the 3 account version paid for etc. I attached the log file, but it is really saying "Authentication Failed" over and over. Summary: Original English HB from 11 months ago...Authentication Fails. New Chinese HB (only one I have option to download)...works but I cannot read Chinese interface. Please help. Thanks, Azile
it would help if you used a updated version. Download the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
