      I just baught the lifetime of both and can log into the forum but cant log into the shop. When I try to reset password it doesnt send me an email. It seems like dont have a shop account pllz respond.

      you cant buy our products without a shop acc

      make sure that you are using the correct info
      keep in mind that its case sensitive

      (forums info can be diff than shop info btw)

      Ya then I would of had to make one here is my invoice number 42218 and it came out of my bank account so IDK

      btw have you tried to log in ?
      i mean to the bot

      ya i tried to log in but i dont know were to get my paid plug in key and I cant log into the shop. Also I have confirmation emails in my email but when I try to do a change of password it never sends me a email

      I just dont know what to do it wont let me log into shop and it looks like i dont have a shop account i did pay for a subscription so.......... how do i get my info for my shop account i also tried to email u guys but havent heard anything yet.

      i also was able to log into where i load the paths too so it looks like I have a account just cant go into the shop it says their is no record sooo....... plz help ty

      mate,

      the paid plugins system is not ready yet
      the tab is there but you cant use it

      if you are able to log in bot you are ok
      just use the same info to log in the shop

      Ya I dont know why but I cant log into the bot it just says Authentication failed. I also had a friend who has HB try it on his computer and it worked. I turned off my firewall and av and nothing. Ty for the help I will keep trying and hope you have another idea

      i started a second account with u guysand paid for a new version to see if that would work. I can now log into my shop and see that it is active but I am still having athentication failed come up but at least I can log in to the shop.I would like a refund on the first account the invoice is 42218 so then I didnt pay for both. I hope I can figure this issue out I have heard great things about this program and ty for all the help

      for the refund open a new thread on payments section including your invoice id

      as for the new purchase
      is it ok?
      can you log?

      if not make sure that your firewall is disable and if you still have problems post your log here as attachment

      Ya I can now log into my shop which is nice but not the program here is the log info and I have tried trunign off my wirewall and checked my internet settings . everything looks fine Ty for sticking with me sorry for the trouble.

      if you can log on shop you should be able to log on bot as well
      what i mean is that the login info is the same

      maybe your antivirus is blocking it?
      are you on a limited network?

      I don't have any antivirus atm and i am on a open network I use other bots and have no problem authentication with those ones. Could it be where I am saving the extracted file at. I know in the past with other bots this can be a problem.

      make sure that the port 5301 is open(router)

      I opened the port but nothing . I was also wondering about my refud on the one account I psted it in payment but havent heard anything back about it. Also I was wondering if it could be were I save the file does it have to be in a particular spot? S o the port is open I am on a open network and my firewall is down so what next lol thank you for all the hlep.

      Any other ideas or should I just ask for a refund all call it quits, I have used other bots and have no clue why I am having so much trouble. I have heard wonderful things about this program so I hope to get it working soon.
