AFK: I would say yes, but very, very sometimes you get knocked off and have to unstuck yourself or restart profile.

Additional information:
This will farm all the Lovely Charms you need, it will kill Stout Shaghorn with 9k hp, I have gathered around 440 while creating the profile, not sure how much an hour.
I prefer to disable "Loot mobs" and setting mount radius to lowest.

Caution when running this AFK, sometimes there are other people farming here, not much. If the place is being farmed at your realm, join a pre made ashran group or so.

 

Whenever I try and load it in the questing bot it gives the error " no quest order"
