  • Buddy auth/buddy store not sharing the same password?

      I've sent an email to support but all I got was "they share the same password" So here I am opening a thread, I haven't botted in about 12 months, I come back. Reset my password. Log onto the buddy auth portal all fine with my new reset password, But I can't change it now. Whenever I try to change it by entering the new reset password, It just says that it is is wrong, Which can't be possible since I am literally pasting it from my email into the section.

      The second problem I have is, I can't login to the buddy store at all.... with the same details, I can login to the buddy auth (but I can't change the password once inside)?

      Any help would be greatly appreciated since my bot isn't currently working at all, (probably because I can't login to the portal and stop streaming)

      Hi, Bicsuit,

      https://buddyauth.com and https://store.buddyauth.com indeed use the same passwords.

      When you cut-n-paste, Windows frequently includes a leading or trailing space. This can throw-off the password field.

      If that is not the case, then you will need to work with the Bossland 'front office' at support@thebuddyforum.com and ask them to assist you with this. The forum staff does not have access to the user account information or the tools to assist in this matter.
