I haven't played for quite a while (mostly because my acc got perma banned which I used to play on) and was wondering if there's anything new that is more or equally (perhaps easier to obtain) worth farming then Felblight? Or should I just stick to keep on farming and selling Felblight?
Farming mates.. yields average results because you need to offload them some how.. In a expantion where you can make 50k a week in raid locks with out even touching your computer... I just do not bother anymore
you can farm Felblight all day and get 200 per say per toon and sale them at 100g on the AH each depending on your server make 20K gold minus the 5% AH cut. Or you can farm Windwool cloth all day and then craft crafted dreadful gladiator's cloak of the prowess that venders for 17g04s27c each and make around 35K a day per toon. This includes vendering all items that you loot, minus the ore, leather and motes of harmony. W/ the motes make spirits, buy golden lotus and have pots of luck made. This is what I try to do in order to avoid using AH The only thing other then this is I would recommend is that you keep your farm to area/servers that you are not going to have a lot of player traffic at.
Interesting...Are you saying you can farm 40,000 cloth in a single day or close to 1700 cloth per hour? And that doesn't even account for the time it would take to craft 2000 cloaks. I'd REALLY like to know that farm spot.
you have to take into account that I am using a Potion of luck that gives ore, leather, GOLD, and other items. I have Cloth Savaging, I am selling every gray, green, blue, epic, and pets that I get, and then I am crafting the cloak of the prowess at the end of a 12 hour run time. So I am getting on average 2.9K GPH. And if you want to know the farm spot look at youtube or even look in in the HB profiles. Just look for Windwool farms. careful boiz farming felblights, a few of mine got hit with 72hrs. mind u I was doing it 18 to 24hrs a day so yeah crazy botting but the rewards are worth it now gone back to 8 to 10hours at night. all my other 24hr farming bots unaffected
you can get that many yes farming 20 hrs+ but from what i have learned, I would rather avoid using the AH as much as possible to keep off blizzards radar, and keep my accounts in the 12hrs a day range. and have more then 1 account for farming the areas on different days so that you dont stick out. I do not use the same toon every day in the same spot, I have found that even with xrealming people will follow you and see that you are a bot. and Tannan is a high traffic area when you can get spotted more often, even using a large farming profile for ore/herbs. most skinning profiles are in small areas so if you are not jumping to different areas all the time someone is going to report you sooner or later.
