  • unable to run Hbuddy do to missing file MSVCR110.dll

      Every time I try to open up Hbuddy it tells me im missing my MSVCR110.dll file on windows. Looked up how to install it and put it in the correct files and its still telling me its not there.... thoughts?

      I now placed the MSVCR110.dll in the folder of hbuddy and its not giving me and error code of: Error Code 0xc000007b

      We've moved your post to the Support forum, where such things belong.

      First, please check you dependencies as outline in this article:

      After that, let's do a 'clean install' as outlined in this one:

      As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:
      • Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
      • Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
      • Do NOT install any third-party products
      • Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store
      Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.


      If no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.

      The problem is that I am even unable to open Hbuddy to get logs. i right click the icon on my desktop, hit launch then the error 0xc000007b pops up. id attach a log but there are no logs to attach...

      Let's start by carefully following the instructions for "Repairing it manually" in this article. Be complete, do not take shortcuts because you believe them to be unnecessary.
