Lags and freezes and fps drop in game

Like can you see from video i have lags and freezes and fps drop in game . Drop FPS from 50 to 7 . Its only if i use Honorbuddy
If im not use bot or pause/stop bot my fps back to normal 50-30 minimum .
WOW Addons on/off not resolve this issue . Maximum-10/Minimum-1 Directx11/9 graphic not resolve this issue . Only when i start honorbuddy i have this issue with drop FPS . In log i can see too more STUCK in red .

Literally just came back to HB and this issue has been driving me nuts. I used to be able to run 5-10 instances on my machine, and I am struggling to now just run one. I get 150+ FPS on Ultra in Org without frame locking on a single instance when HB is not running, and once I press start I am lucky to be above 20FPS on LOW lol. This machine was built with Flight Simulation in mind and has more than enough GPU/ CPU power to run 10x instances and not struggle, as I have certainly done that in the past.... I have tried everything I can think of to improve performance and was just about to make a thread of my own, but I'm just gonna see if you can get this resolved and try those steps....


EDIT: I have disabled debugging in singular and that has dramatically improved performance- went from 20FPS during combat to about 50-60 on Low but still nowhere where I would expect it to be. I certainly am still not able to bot with 3 or more toons at any given time, which is a far cry from the 5-10 I was pushing this time last year
