Declined happened to me too. Even paypal said it "Completed" omg how can I fix this asap?

I don't know what to say guys i try useing my card dont work i try useing paypal still dont work and i never use my email on anything before and now im geting naked pics in my email and i try emailing them and they are not geting back to me.

ps they keep saying its my bank and i call them its not them.

Edit: I just tried again and it went through. Must have been a temporary problem.

So when we call our banks, and we get it unblocked and it still does not work. What is the next step?
