Payment Declined or Cancelled
If you was forwarded here, then most likely your payment was declined buy your credit card company or you cancelled the purchase.
If you want to find out, why the payment was declined, you should call the service number on your credit card and ask their customer service.
If the Credit Card Company tells you that the issue is not on their side, then:

My bank blocks international transactions that don't require a pin. I called and they said there is NO way to bypass this unless you guys have some option that lets me enter a pin. Do you?

This is stupid. Payment entered twice, perfect information. I've been with chase for years. As I can't call them because its 2AM.... I'm going to consider other options unless someone can tell me WTH is going on

what's going on is that your theft / stolen credit card warning won't let you purchase the bot because they need to verify that this is a transaction by you; since it's oversea's. This is a EU based bot and you are charged in Europe. Just call your bank and tell them to let it go through
