If you're still having difficulty with Captain America's Chest Run Profile after patch 2.0.5a.24017, use the following directions for 100% afkable.​

THIS DOES NOT USE THE INSTANT LEAVE OPTION! Captain America doesn't support it for obvious reasons and neither do I!!!
Deliberately risking unwanted attention to DB is risking DB getting shut down.

This solution has been verified to allow for the looting of stones and corpses originally plotted by Captain America as well as avoiding double backs to pickup gold piles for all classes.

Requirements:

1. Uninstall any existing version of Demonbuddy.
2. Afterwards, go back to the location and check that there is no Demonbuddy folder. If there is, delete it.
3. Download the latest Demonbuddy Installer here. (Currently v1.1 r1898 Build 362).
4. Execute the Demonbuddy Installer.
5. Open the Demonbuddy folder and then the Plugins folder.
6. Delete the Quest Tools folder and the Trinity folder.
7. Open the Routines folder in the root directory of your Demonbuddy.
8. Delete the Belphegor folder.
9. Download the attached Trinity v1.8.281. Extract it and copy the entire folder to the Plugins folder in Demonbuddy.
   (This is attached at the bottom of this post)
10. Download the profile file Chest Runner V2_1.xml and copy it to the Profiles folder in Demonbuddy.
    (This is also attached at the bottom of this post)
11. Run Diablo 3 and set your game to Private Campaign Act V.8 Angel of Death - Malthael.
12. Execute Demonbuddy.

Bot Settings

(Make sure all looting options are unchecked)
Game wait time: 3-6
Game Difficulty: Torment 6
Game always in the foreground: Uncheck

Trinity Settings

Objects

Inspect Corpses: Uncheck
Open Chests: Uncheck
Open Rare Chests: Uncheck

That is it. You are good to go!

For increased games per hour, read the following:

Items/Pickup:

• Rare items: None
• Legendaries: 70+
• Misc Item Level: Legendary
• Potion Cap: 0
• Minimum Gold Pile: 40000
• Gems: Uncheck all.
• Keep legendaries unidentified in trinity and
• Reduce the "Free Bag Slots in Town" to 3. (Make sure your inventory is empty before you start)

Character gear and skill settings within Trinity can be customized to your own preference. (This will only manipulate games per hour, not the ability for this profile to function).

Reducing D3 graphics to minimums is also an option.

Tips from Captain America:
Put on movement skills and passives.
Limit pickups to legendaries and gems.
Utilize second life and defensive passives.
Maximize gold find, movement speed, resource reduction, and cooldown reduction in Paragon.
Use gold find, pickup radius, resource reduction, and cooldown reduction gear.
If picking up mats/gems keep a stack on your toon and make the spots protected, will stop the bot from stashing small amounts. On DB's main page under Settings->Bot->"Edit Protected Bag Slots".

Gear Suggestions:
Magic find does not apply to chests. Check here for the official game guide's line on this.
Goldskin-Extra gold never hurt.
Warzechian Armguards-Speed when you destroy objects. Use an AOE spell or Fire Walkers to proc.
Homing Pads-Not required but wouldn't hurt. If you have them use them.

Hardcore Tip:
The towers inflict Arcane damage despite it appearing as fire. Wearing the 'Countess Julia's Cameo' amulet makes this profile 100% safe.

from what i understand from a blue post the 100% buff doesnt apply to chests, even tho the 1st 24 hours it seemed to, i think they ninja nerfed it, so if any one is getting more then 5-6 per hour would love to see current charts

 

also i have gotten 2 SOH and 3 Thunderfurys in the last 4-5 days off this profile, but still no smk

 

I've tried this and it's almost working as intended, it moves around nicely and clicks on everything (skips one corpse or two) but it is ignoring the settings I set up, for example it opens the first chest and just runs away, it doesn't come back to pick up the gems/gold even though I set the minimum gold pile to 4k (it ran away, I came back manually and there were 10k+ piles there), but it comes back to pick up rares/legendaries.

The last two chests though it always goes back to pick up the gold and gems, so it's working according to the settings on the last two chests but it is ignoring the settings on the other ones, the other profile by Gorm has exactly the same problem, the only difference is yours opens up loose stones and his doesn't.

Could be a number of factors influencing this, including connection and hardware. Follow the tips for increasing games per hour and see if that helps.

 

There's a 25% movement bonus cap on gear. If you have enough gear to give you that bonus, you can use the skills
Akarat's Champion/Embodiment of Power, Steed Charge/Endurance and Laws of Hope/Wings of Angels

 

I've done it in the past, but I've spent the entire day working on this new version, I haven't had the time to play lol. I'm waiting for charts myself to see.
