      vwmare 7.1.6 vm 7.1.4 vm 10
      os win7 64bit
      gtx 650 gtx660
      I run 2-4 bot in 20-30mins and then black screen.
      need ctrl+alt+del to close the vm
      any help will be appreciated

      What is happening with your memory inside the guest, both the graphics and mainboard ram?
      Updated vmware tools?

      vm tools verison 8.4.9-744570 for vm workstation 7.1.4

      But it is the guest that is crashing.. so we need to know what the guest is doing.
      How much ram have you assigned the guest? How much video memory have you assigned the guest?

      Edit your virtual machine's vmx file, add or change the following entries:
      svga.vramSize = "134217728"
      svga.graphicsMemoryKB = "524288"
