So i sold 300k for 180 euro, the guy payed first as a gift. After few hours he made a chargeback, Unauthorised Payment. Is the re a way to prove myself and not get my money stolen ? I have sent them skype screenshots and wow screenshots, but i guess that is not enough.

Has anyone ever got to keep their money after a chargeback? What kind of proff did you provide ?

ID and phone verification aswell as confirmation email sent from Paypals Email account.
For this time, the money is away. you will never get it back - you could just write ingame a ticket saying you got hacked and want the gold back

isnt it saver to do a money order via paypal? so the buyer has to press the link in the e-mail with the invoice to pay with paypal.

let me just shoot down all the myths with one line.... the credit card company has the final say on chargebacks, a person who wants to scam and simply uses a different IP address can scam the OP and get away with it (digital goods).. there is nothing you can do about it apart from using BitCoin (which is one of the reason why it was created).

Use 2 paypals, i have done it and managed to even fend a scam.

take peyments to one send to the second one, paypal will try to charge the first one over and over, they emailed me about taking me to court well hello the first one is totally fake, sure they could find me but sweden hav diferent laws then USA they have to prove that i scammed the buyer.

"PayPal Purchase Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods. Payments for the following are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Purchase Protection:Intangible items, including Digital GoodsServicesReal estate, including residential propertyBusinessesVehicles, including motor vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, aircraft and boatsCustom made items"

I've actually won a dispute for that reason..it's in PayPal ToS or User Agreements I don't know for sure,Good luck :)

@bengan easy there anakata xD haha..

i always move the money on a seperate account, or cash them in as fast as possible..
however my main source (that i sell to) is a person that i almost completely trust ;D he doesn't buy that often, but when he does its at .9 pr/1k
which imo. is way better than selling at .35 :D

i then use 50% of the money i get from selling ,and buy from a chinese dude off skype at .2 pr/1k
and then i provide my mates with gold for .7 - might sound mean, but if they wanted to they could get it for the same price aswell..

read what op posted. the buyer claimed an unauthorised payment did happen. there is pretty much nothing you can do about it. in your case the buyer just made a chargeback.

100% what this man says! most of the time you know the person is legit when they can actually access the email address associated to the paypal account 100% safest possible way with paypal! REMEMBER IM NOT SAYING 100% SAFE, BUT its the best bet you have when using paypal.

      Kungen.

PS theres a 2% fee on money requests :)

Paypal is a joke, I hate using them.
Sadly they are the biggest and most widely used so I have to.

If anyone else has any tips on avoiding the stupid charge back system which I find ridiculous (Lets buy a beer, drink it, then reach into the register to take back my $10.)
      It would be much appreciated.

Sell to the Chinese you will get 3 or 4 euros per 10k and they always pay.
