      Same here...
      Everything selected for streaming, but HB does not list the CR at start-up

      as CR and other profiles are paid we need to get at least %100 guarantee that it will be updated in the upcoming expansions,

      Does everyone have the time to learn? Does everyone have the time to make something perfect and work out all the bugs?
      Does everyone understand even opening notepad ++?

      Anything posted on the store gets assured support for over a year.. Most profiles need changing to work in that time.

      They also come with friendly support from the devs to make their lives easier.

      Yes. Most people can make a simple profile.. but it takes time to make great ones and a lot of effort which is worth money.

      don't buy them if you don't want too. . But don't be so narrow minded please :)

      it really bothers me that i bought this service with a lifetime guarentee to be usable and now my kicks profiles vanished from my computer and i have to redownload the at the buddy store which i cant seem to access at all becuase i dont remember payment information and specifics from 3 years ago..... didnt know lifetime was speaking about a goldfishes lifetime. i do think the system of paying for the high end awesome profiles is nice but why would the system take away profiles and files i already had just to make me redownload them with a store only accisble to people with Eidetic memory. my bank has changed in this last year. my old emails got deleted, my memory has made room for important life events. right now i just feel like my only choice is to rebuy my lifetime copy of honorbuddy and hope this one lives a little longer....

      Have you tried emailing support and giving them all the info you could possibly think of? They aren't doing this to make your life hell or stop you from using a product.. they do it to protect peoples keys etc.. buddy Auth has always been a thing and It's like loosing the log in info to any product etc..

      Email them, see how you go from there.

      Can we get an ETA on when reloggers will support the new streaming CRs? Getting a pop-up to select a CR (even when I Disable the free ones I've "purchased" in the Store) every time HB runs and it's incredibly frustrating since I run a relogger while at work.

      Alternatively, can there be a way to "refund" a purchase of a free CR so that this bug doesn't happen? I haven't added anything in the Store on another HB key and I never get pop-ups while running the latest HB release.

      You should also read what you signed..

      So devs are not obligated to support any current store product after WoD release. This is imho very bad thing because now dev only need support product for 3 months.

      Stop and think for a moment. If we release products now.. and not update them... What are the chances of people wanting to buy our products in WoD? Not very likely.. None of the devs are stupid. Nor are they "money grubbing assholes" If we didn't support our own work, we would be given a horrible rep and never make money..

      We all know what we signed.. We had to go through quite a proccess.. If you aren't happy with it, you don't have to buy anything.. :) Write your own or use plenty of the great free things.. " Which I might say.. there is a free version that works great of almost everything on the store..

      Tbh it was reaction to bennyquest - alabrq conversation about "do we have 100% guarantee that product will be updated to WoD" because bennyquest answer was bad. We have exactly 0% guarantee that bought product will be updated to WoD, due to previous quote from wiki. Is is all about trust and hope. I can very easily imagine situation, when product will be marked EOL and new product with "WoD compatible" sticker will be put on store.

      Also I already made plugin that work similar to KBA because I wasn´t happy with price that it was selling on store, so your second argument is invalid.

      I can promise you that most devs will continue to work on their product even on WoD. YRB2 is almost WoD ready already! Unless some major HB API Rewrite starts..

      I will hopefully be day one ready for the pre-patch, but you never know what changes within HB before release date, I do hope they will tell us the community devs what things have been changed on regarding the api and such before the actual pre-patch day so we can be ready from day one!

      As i said, it is about trust and hopes. I trust you, but as I said, there is 0% guarantee that it will really be like you said.

      TL;DR trust || promise != guarantee

      Not that I have to back up anything I said or linked, but being so negative on "our word" gets you no where. If you pay for something you already felt like it was worth the money. If you do not feel like what is currently available and what it currently supports is not adequate then do not purchase.

      Why do people feel like all of this is a new concept? Most software companies do not guarantee support for their product on new upcoming platforms. Actually most companies charge extra for their support. How would you like that? All the developers start charging for their support of their product after initial release? That bug fixes costed money?

      I know you are already going to say that is ludacris, yea lots of major software developers do this. Countless accounting software does this, most if not all 3D modeling software and CNC cad programs do this.

      Think before you have this ridiculous sense of entitlement.

      You can´t compare SW world and HB world.

      If you bought SW, and new version comes out, you are still able to use old version if you like
      If you bought CR that will not be compatible with WoD, you can´t use it with HB even if you would like.

      Better comparison is to cloud services (like Office 365) where you pay for support and it is guaranteed that you will receive newest version of SW.

      Imho it would be better if support period was set to 18 months without "next expansion" part

      I am not saying only the SolidWorks platform. Think of intuit and everything they provide. Most of the purchased year to year stuff is not supported "or guaranteed" to work after new versions are produced. You are beating a dead horse here. Nothing will change with how the agreement is or the EOL that is in place. If you purchased something outside of the store...you had no guarantee that it would be supported or even worked in the first place. Why are you complaining now that we have to produce a working product, and then have to support?

      Like has been said so many times before if you do not agree do not buy anything and your entire problem is solved.

      You have your truth and opinion on this problem and I have mine. There is probably no way how to decide which truth or opinion is better so there is no point to continue arguing.

      I'd like to make a request for the store. Can you add a wishlist feature? There's a few items I'd like to get/keep my eye on, but not just at the moment. If we had a wishlist to easily access this sort of thing it would be quite convenient :)

      I know this isn't the Steam store, but it's little QoL additions like these that may help encourage more folks to use the buddy store.

      Selling complex combat routines, I can understand why...but seeing people selling profiles is kind of funny and ridiculous...I mean totally ridiculous..everybody and their grandmother can create a gathering/grinding profile...

      and thats my problem with the store, that even the last user that learned yesterday how to install google chrome, will try to sell profiles like a developer...

      Support will happily help you figure out what your login was.

      Also, the "built-in" profiles have been moved to the store, so you don't need to worry about manually updating them. Yes, you'll need to do a tiny bit of work to say "I want these" again, but in all honesty, you'll do it once, and never need to update them again yourself. (Most, if not all, of Kick's profiles are up for free on the store.)
