For me it's been worth it.

Hunter, DK and Monk profiles are amazing. Druid I'd give 8/10. Others I haven't really stress tested. But depending on your needs, being able to load something up that you know will do the job at least as well as a decent player is enough.

It's not about the %s or the configurations, it's that his rotation logic is physically flawed at the design level. It performs well, but not top. It's one of those things that you just have to be shown to believe. People will always swear by Tuanha for raiding because it blew their mind the first time they used it -- it blew mine too. I was doing the same DPS as people 20 item levels ahead of me and I was beating all of the other healers.

It wasn't until I got into a group of people that ALL were ranking in the 95%+ percentile that I realized how much that ceiling can go up. There's performing well, and then there's godlike. Tuanha's routines are godlike in PvP, so you know exactly what I'm talking about. After switching, I began to double people's damage who are 10+ item levels ahead in heroic content. They don't follow generic simcraft rotations designed for optimal patchwerk DPS, they intelligently optimize their rotation for the fights. If you've wondered how some people get ridiculous rank 1 parses that don't seem possible, this is it.

All of that said, Taunha still performs better than almost any normal player you will find. You can still beat everyone in your raid with it, it just won't be the very best.

You can't use free versions on Arenas and RBGs.

Im not going to read all the pages of comments so far, but as someone who has used both the free and paid version of all of his routines, I can say that they are 100% worth it.

Keep this in mind: If you only use a few classes usually, just buy those.. you can ALWAYS upgrade to the "everything" package for the difference of what you have already paid vs the full price, so you lose nothing in buying the $15 packages one at a time. Once you hit $89, you get the full package.

Now.. a little about the differences between free and paid. In some routines there is little difference in output, in some the output is greatly changed.. but that does not really matter. The primary reason it is well worth the money is that Tuan has put in a shitload of hours working on this, and he is very very good at updating it usually on a daily basis, and the money you spend will keep him interested in maintaining that level of excellence. In other words, pay for it no matter if you are happy with the free version or not simply to reward him for such excellent work. its a small price to pay in the end.

      My 2 cents.

I have used this from the 1st time he brought out his CR. I am a older player and have hit over 2200 rating with rogue monk dk and pally. I can only say the Druid needs work to speak true facts but other then that its a great CR to work with. To fast at times but no one notices anything until you get to 1800 rating arenas.

I would consider this to anyone but 1st set it up to your liking .

I don't think I would purchase the bundle if I could go back in time and choose again :)

      CR`s overall great.
But the healing CR`s actually are bad. WoD vs. MoP

if you're new to honorbuddy and dont have much experience/dont have high standards you might like the routines. the huge average mass of people use them. however if you have high standards and have some understanding of routines - don't buy them. there are WAY better, more professional routines out there. if you want to do above average stuff ingame (mythic raiding, high rated arenas) and want the routine to perform really good, professional and intelligent, never use tuanha, ever. but this is something you will realize on your own, depending how deep you want to get into the matter and how high your expectations are.

so actually exactly what he said:

      nothing more to say here.

You should give examples, i mostly write my own routines based on a simcraft action list parser but if theres a better way do tell :)

I bought it for WOD, used it all through MOP on DK and it was excellent in all ways. Switched to warrior and used fury 2 during MOP.
In WOD the CR works excellent for Feral, Warrior, Monk, DK, Pally so if you have more than one class Id definately recommend it. Only wish he'd make a cr for mages aswell :)

On my 633 glad warrior I am pulling 17k dps with a 630 weapon. So thumbs up for me!

If you don't give examples of those superior routines it all just sounds like fluff to me. :)

For the topic, I use Tuanha routines for almost all my melee classes except warrior, Fury Unleashed for that class.
I use Tuanha for casual PvP healing o my Paladin, I think the CC logic it has is good enough. Can't beat manual ofc.
I do appreciate the frequent updates Tuanha do.

I haven't done any serious healing, but I were to try it out I might try Oracle II since it has all classes.
For my casters I use Millz' routines.

Some examples of high end CRs would be better...

My experience with Tuanha seems to be getting worse. I used his Resto Sham CR all of MoP, mostly Arena. I was able to get up to 2200 in 2s and 3s, seemed to have peaked. 2200 is good enough for me. In raiding, I was almost always top healing, even in Heroics. Never had complaints raiders or arena partners.

However, now with WoD, I am lucky to keep up with ~1600 rated teams. His Healing CR's really took a turn for the worse. Don't even get me started on simple 5mans. I haven't really done raiding yet. My guess is that he just has way too many CR's now and is way over his head with all these class changes from MoP to WoD. He hardly seems to even reply to his threads anymore. Maybe the flaws are just more obvious since everyone is low geared again, and stats aren't like they were at end of MoP, but I have people asking me how I did so much better last season, compared to now.

If anyone can recommend a high end resto sham CR, please PM me, money isn't an issue.
