      Hey!
With the new discount on WOD i was thinking on starting up a bot agian on the same battle.net account but with a diffrent wow account.
Is my whole battle.net account in danger if i do so? Or does blizz just ban wow-accounts?

Just wow licence, accused into botting.

The whole bnet is in danger only if you are selling tons of gold and get caught or use severe exploits like duping or so.

I had talked to support when I got banned and asked about the second license on my account and how it wasn't banned and I was told the same thing. What I'm curious about, though is if they catch me botting on the second license? Could I theoretically just add a new license to an account each time I get banned without the whole account getting banned? Like, just to use an extreme example, if I were to have 30 licenses on an account, each one made after the previous was banned, would they not take action against the account itself seeing that I got 30 licenses banned for botting?

First of all, you can only have 8 licenses per Battlenet account. But yes, you could just add another license after the last one got banned if you wanted to and it would have access to all of your account wide items (i.e. mounts, achievements, etc. etc.) However, and this is only speculation, I would guess that while the new license would not be banned immediately. It would be watched more closely than normal for any botting activity. And if you finally got to that 8th license and the previous 7 were banned all for the same thing. Then that last one would be watched to the point where you might as well be playing with a GM sitting beside you to watch your every move. As I said, this is all just speculation so take that for what it's worth.

Well the second license that was on my account, I upgraded to WoD about a week after the banwave and used the boost to get a 90, leveled it up via another bot and did some archaeology, found HB was usable again and I've botted numerous times since then with no issue. Doesn't really mean I'm not being watched, but I seem to be lucky so far. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose my whole account, or my original license, since that one is my main.

So I can pretty much do most the dangerous, account wide stuff on another license and my main should be safe, I guess. Sweet.

Be careful with trading gold and/or items to your main account as this will probably get you banned even if you havent botted on your main account.

There is a thread going on right now about a person who's 6 months suspension got turned over to perma. I wouldn't bot on the same battle.net.

It's obviously Blizz will do anything now. They are merciless.

You're fucking stupid if you bot on a b-net account with other games or licences that you don't want to lose.

If you do that you deserve to lose them all.

I will track your repies for a while. Your language is not appropriate.

To the topic creator: Blizzard bans PER Licence, you are totally fine if you have 8 WOW Accounts and all the Blizzard games in just one account.

Do not auto-replicate this as template please. The other guy obviously have not shared with us the whole picture. And I strongly believe his bans are not botting related at all!
