      A suggestion:

      Make a kickstarter every 2 months. And if the community chips in enough to pay the most of the cost for ExileBuddy development, make another kickstarter for 2 months. I'm sure I would be okay to pay $40-$50 monthly to keep this product up. If there is enough people like me we can maybe save this by crowd funding?

      This was a job for some ppl,way to pay the bills and so on.By reading your posts it seams that you guys dont give a shit about your customers,thats the sad part in this...

      You are right about that.I still dont regret it i will move to the other side.I'm sure that there were other ppl like me,when i wrote that i didnt mean only me.No game can be compared to PoE money making wise and cuz of that alot of ppl bought rigs to build botting farms in order to make some income(even a living from it).And you destroyed all that in an instant with no warning at all.Than you give us that crap about the money...How can you gain any respect for that

      This is definitely a good way to talk to customers, I think you're now prisoners of your own decisions, it's not every day that a lot of people spit on a company like this, especially for the buddy team. As a former honorbuddy user, times have changed. Buddystore changed this company. Being greedy is good in some situations, but here it was a huge mistake.

      Its a big shame especially since the "other" bot company was unstable in my opinion as i had many problems with 1 char so i dont think i would want to mess around with 10-20 chars.

      If it was really ONLY about the money (and nothing else) the announcement would have been totally different. Something along the lines "Dear EB users, we can't make enough money to support the bot with the current payment form, so we're introducing monthly subscriptions". Or the payment would have been just increased/changed without any announcement at all. That's what Bossland does all the time.
      And IF that wouldn't work you could say, yes, we tried, but the bot is financially unsustainable. THEN it might have been really about the "financial problems".

      But... waiting 1.5 months (and making users wait + teasing users with upcoming "improved" features), saying that "it's taking so long because we want to radically improve the bot" then releasing a working version and THEN just SUDDENLY realizing than "oh, we're having financial difficulties, this is unsustainable". It's not just implausible, it's simply ridiculous.
      I'm 99% sure, there's more to this story and you're not telling it to us. And it's the lack of this "untold part of the story", which makes the whole explanation look so lame.

      Sorry, but you should have come up with a more plausible excuse. I know that the devs do not hold us, common users, in high esteem, but common. If you are expecting us to believe in this announcement you might just as well expect us to believe in Santa.

      I know that you could have done it without any explanation at all (some people here might disagree with me) and Bossland might have just shut the bot down and ban everyone who tries to voice the discontent. It's your product and your forum, you're the owners. And it could have been done without providing any refund/ bot key change.

      Personally i'm not mad (because i was expecting it and even wrote the possible shutdown of the project before). It's just the explanation looks really lame. And as far as I can see - not only to me.

      someone money bot back? and the support found that I do not want to change the key and want to return the money and stop responding

      Exilebuddy sales page still up and running.

      I did not want to say anything here because your way of acting and communicating with your customers is beyond anything I would accept from any company, but still having the sales pages up really pissed me off now.
      Since you like facts so much, these are my facts:
      I have filed a criminal complaint for fraud because you are still selling a discontinued product. You can see that as a big thank you gesture.
