Hi, just a quick question. Our subscriptions are frozen while the bot is down, I hope, correct?

If not, I find that kind of unfair.

      Thank You.

      hrhr no.
That's not our problem. You can play WoW manually. If you don't want it and only need a combination of bot and wow make sure you never buy a subscription if a wow addon/update is released.

For me tbh it looks like that Bossland lost their main coders, thats why evrything they do takes ages, remember on MoP to WoD when evrything changed? it took them 2 days inclusive all rotations i think the cheating time is over and that blizzard can bann you whenever they want, Using bots its 2014 this shit ain't save anymore. hate me or what ever but thats the truth Lovely greets from switzerland. Not gonna respond to any of the incoming flames, it's not 2013 when the stuff started to the first time, Blizzard knows how to detect nowadays

Literally every one of the last 3 times I've gone to use the bot (solid month/two breaks in between), it's been down with no idea of when it's coming back up. Ridiculous. Half of my guild has already stopped playing because of the time gap between updates. No doubt tons of other people in the same boat.

You -need- more people on your team to get updates out faster, it's costing you money, and lots of it.

Don't assume you know their business better than they do, and don't assume the shit they do is easy.
If having to wait for a few weeks every 4 ish months is too much for you, go elsewhere, otherwise, respect the product and stop whining like an entitled baby.

A customer has the right to voice their complaints if they're unhappy with a product.

And the product owners have the right to not give a shit about it, when it's childish like that ;)

Entitled and clueless? I've been here for 7 years, just like you. I've spent probably 500+ USD on buddy products over time, I know how it works.

I know it takes time every patch, but I'm also saying that these far longer (than in the past) periods of time are costing them subscriptions of paying customers.

I do not use this bot I read the forum for info

Hb is more complex than any other bot on the market the more complex it is the longer it takes to update it

Another thing is it depends on what blizzard does with each update 7.3 is a complex patch and it was a large one too

It would be interesting to know the total down time and uptime of the bot I bet the up time is way more than the down time is

      Well......

Some of us have short memories. I can recall at least twice when the bot took nearly two months to update. One with HB and once or twice even with Glider. Soooooo. 2 weeks and a day is not long.
