Jo wth is going on, I paid and its not working

So.. I paid for pokefarmer to bot.. everything seemed to work, then it came:
we're patching, won't work till then.
y0.. since when are u patching? I bought it today and wanna use it.. but can't.
where does it stand how long u need? If I buy on amazon and amazon won't deliver that's a rule break...

 

First of all, we apologize that Niantic forced an update, with some bigger changes. As a result we are actively working on updating.

Second of all, we have delivered a perfectly good working key, which will result in 30 usable days of time. Because as a rule of thumb, we have practiced a if its down for more than 24 hours we refund lost time. However given the fact you have not successfully been able to start your key time, no time should be ticking.

Third of all, we will give an announcement the second its up, in Discord, and on here. We avoid giving ETA's these days, since when something major was still needing to be fixed, past the original ETA, people would rage, failing to understand what the acronym ETA stand for, which is Estimated Time of Arrival. We do not want to get player hopes up only to be set back by something, and we prefer to put out viable quality patches where we can.

There was an instance where a major API came up and our dev team needed a couple weeks, and worked a few days at a time with zero sleep. We are going to continue working in such a dedicated manner, and if/when we have a solid time to give, we will happily announce it.

I hope this addresses your concerns, as you have not lost anything, and will get what you are due of course.

ok but how long can Patch need?
I mean.. I didn't pay to get the service in 2 or 3 or 4 weeks.
then u maybe need to stop selling the service

 

it takes as long as it takes m8. if they mess up and post a bad update, you could get your account suspended and not have access to it for 2-4 weeks.. unless you're like me and have 43 accounts you rotate through specifically so you can bot through ban waves and api updates~
it will be back up soon. in the meantime, toss some eggs in incubators and walk around dropping off pokemons in gyms..

 

Niantic is using custom created strings and coding for their security, which takes a new precedence in secuirty measures... I highly doubt very many people would get there on your own faster, no offense. The last string of unknown took a few weeks, but HashingEggy, is working his arse off to make this happen for us all. Please be patient, 1 week when dealing with this kind of stuff is not a long time, alot of work for only a couple of people.

We will continue to post updates when we have something solid to announce. Just please hang in there and be patient.

The others work on the premise of being flagged, as the same issues would plague us. In theory we could turn it back on with JUST an API update, and then next wave we would hear "y i get bann3d wen i use only pokefarmer?" "pf no gud" So instead we have decided to not turn it on, until the right things are fixed, which is why its taking longer.

I hope this addresses it a bit better Also just remember the longer we have the bot down to fix this, the more secured your playtime is, as we typically refund if the bot is down by us, instead of trying to fix it live, and risking your accounts, before its patched.
