Take Bloodletter as an example, when the bard level is 70, the charges of Bloodletter in the game are obviously greater than 1, but in the spellData, the value of the field charge is less than 1.
Interesting, it does seem broken for bloodletter, but is working correctly for shukuichi and draw. ill look into this.
This is also happening with Reaper and Soul Slice; I haven't confirmed it with Soul Scythe as of yet, but it may also be affected.
