10 days passed and I still didn't get my key. Is there any other way that I can reach support for this matter?
I have already 8 days. There is not the slightest hint of an answer. The discord community said that usually no more than a week, but at the same time another person wrote there, who had been waiting for the key for a week, I don’t know if he received the key so far, but this is already starting to annoy.
