Ive just gotten a trial acccount to see if the bot is worth getting! At the moment im not so convinced.. Ive been looking around on the forums and i cant seem to find answers to a few questions. Hope someone can help . - What is the most effective way to get cards? My own guess would be arena, since there is no cap on the gold. - The bot does not seem to be effective in arena (not winning more than 3 games, if even) seems pretty useless to have an arena function if this is the case? -Weirdo
I personally just get the 100 daily gold use that on a pack, and the extra quest gold i put towards and arena. For arena I set up my deck using heartharena.com, and then i use the bot. Right now the bot is a little finicky because of the new tgt card.
When you say you put towards and arena? does that mean you experience that the bot wins 3+ games when it plays? Because i just had it doing 4 arenas.. averaging 1.5 win pr. run..
And while its nice enough to get the 100 gold and whatever from the quests.. It's kind of ineffective compared to a bot that could do arenas while sustaining itself with gold, is this not possible for bots yet?
The bot can certainly do arena. I've had 8+ wins out of the bot, never 12. But the arena also has a certain luck factor about what cards you get. Not to mention if YOU can't build a good deck, you can't expect the bot to make amazing plays with rubbish. You get 140 gold per day from 30 wins + a 40g quest. Not bad really. No bot out there on the market will give you 12 wins per day in Arena under any circumstance. Some arenas you just get mediocre decks and face people with great decks. Some games you lose 5 turns in simply because you don't draw anything useful. The bot can not combat RNG man. Start being realistic. Edit: Never trust the bot to make a deck.
Well if you cant trust the bot to make the deck, it kind of ruins my idea of going to sleep and waking up to piles of gold!? And the 140 gold.. The thing is: I Haven't played since the game launched, so i need gold for two expansions and a shit ton of cards! At 140G pr. day i would be up to speed in about.. I dunno how many years! So maybe i should have asked in another way. You guys tell me: How do i get up to speed, in the fastest way!
Derp, just realized that what im asking for is like 7+ wins to make it self sustaining! That might be a bit over the top! But if it could get 3+ in average it would still be worth doing compared to buying packs.
Yes, you realised what you're asking for is REALLY over the top, thus we're all just looking at you funny. And as previously stated, the Arena is a gamble. How can you expect your deck with 0 legendaries to beat a deck with 3? Sometimes it happens. You can't expect the deck to constantly get heaps of Arena wins, bad luck happens there. Really, 140g/day and you can get up to speed faster than you know it. But first outline your objectives. What do you want? What do you define as up to speed? Because 2 of the best decks in the game are actually extremely cheap and easy to make. And understand, even if you have AMAZING decks, it will still take a while to get all your golden borders. You have two options. Do it the slow way like everyone else, or spend money. I started after Nax, but before BRM. Right now I have all 9 borders and a GREAT deck for every class. Not optimal decks (missing some class specific legendaries), but I have a lot of the core legendaries (Rag, Boom, Sylvanas, etc) that you see floating around. It happens faster than you think. But it gives you a good amount of time to realise what you're farming for and why. 140-160g / day, and packs is all I really did. I do arena now and then for the hilarity of it. But as I said, I make the deck, not the bot.
I hate the slow way -_- That is why i use the bot I dont really care about the portraits, i just want the cards i need to be competitive But i guess i will just wait with playing hearthstone till something changes! As i would have to be running the bot for 45 days to get all the Naxx and BRM cards! 700G pr. wing x 9 wings = 6300G/140 pr day = 45 days -_-
Keep in mind 140g is low ball. You get days where it's 200g, 160g, or 100g+free pack. 140g is just your worst case scenario. If it really bothers you, go buy the expansions. And as far as free to play value is concerned, this isn't the slow way. Very VERY few people out there win 30 games a day manually. It's pretty fast.
