      Late answer but I´d suggest to place the windows always on the same place of your screen. I place it 1 mid/right, 2 mid/mid, 3 mid/right, 4 lower/lift, 5 lower/right. With lots of toons you can either make a list in excel or give them names starting with a/b/c/d/e and you instantly will know which account the char belongs to.
