      Can we shut down the store and come back to Svn please ? That's just ridiculous...and there is another store maintenance tomorrow....

      This was the first maintenance since the store is online and it is for security, speed and functions so I do not see a reason for whining at all.

      I really don't see it that way. I think he paid for a product and can't use it and there is no explanation why.
      I have several paid products in the buddy store and cannot use any of them. I am concerned as well.

      It'd be cool if we could be kept updated. Last thing I had heard was maintenance was complete, from Tony. It can't be complete when it keeps going down. Not moaning, would just be interested to know when we'd be able to use it again. Thanks!

      When I started having issues early this morning, there was no indication of any maintenance going on. I would have been fine with that explanation.

      Auth has gone offline every night for the last week. Not once have I woke up to my bot still running. I do believe the store uses the auth as well?

      Aaaah the good old "i paid for it so It must be available 24/7" logic.
      What about Security updates, general technicial issues that need to be solved and sometimes are unplanned and adding functions?
      People complain that we take care about the servers and service it delivers. Really?
      So you complain if we do not fix issues and you complain if we do. Strange^^

      I agree that communication could have been better and we will learn from today but this thread is the most stupid I've seen here for a very long time sorry.

      Btw. do you post every wednesday in the Blizz forums if their servers go down that you paid for stuff and that they should stop doing their fixes and updates because you wanna play? omg!

      You really should not take so much offense to posts. My point was that I had no idea what was going on, was it me, was it the store, was it something else? Until I saw other users posting I had no idea it was system wide. I am glad that the others posted they had problems and if they were not "whinning" I would not have known. I don't expect it to be up all the time, I just would like to be able to log in to the forums or store and see a maintenance message so I'm not frantic about my system/network etc...

      Personally I have no issue with the Buddystore going down when it is necessary, and I welcome any security patches and whatever else you need to do to keep it safe and secure both for you and for your customers.

      But do remember this, we ARE customers, and the only thing needed is a post saying "Today we will do maintenance on the BuddyStore, this means the products will not be available between this and that". WOW is down 2-6 hours every week, we have no problem with it, but it is a notice every time it is down. For me, HB has been up or down half the day, and I did not know there was planned maintenance today.

      Not a whine, just a tip for next time. Don't worry about downtime, just notify users and it is all fine.

      what i would like to see is a BLIZZ like warning when you log into HB telling us there will maintenance and a eta when the servers are online and all is well but to be kept in the dark is very unprofessional... cant be that hard to implement that bit of code can it?

      @frosticus that announcement is BULL and you know it, as the bot has been on/off all day and in no way been 15 mins as stated

      How about the logic of "oh you lost the email you purchased your 2 current keys on so to fix that you need to purchase 2 more"
      Here's an idea , lets make a store 2.0 and to use that you need to purchase all new keys !
      Hows that for a business model ?
      Leech more money for nothing .... dont get me wrong i would actually like to purchase store items but im simply not gonna repay the 2 keys i already have just so you can make more money

      This happens sometimes with tech stuff. You plan something but it does not always work like this and then things take longer than announced.
      Should not happen but does from time to time.
      Its ok if people do not like downtimes because they wanna use the bot. Same for me.
      But its not ok that people start whining for 8 hours like they lost their life. They way HOW people do it and which prio botting seems to have for them makes me scare.
      Yes the servers where down longer than planned. So what? Relax and do something else in the meanwhile while we're trying to bring things online again asap.

      Next time we should announce a maintenance for a complete day so that we can surprise you if it only takes 8 hours :)

      i would give a damn if its down a day, as long we are kept informed , what really pisses me off, is that till 15:37 cet no one of the Bossland staff cared to tell us what the hell was up, and i'm sure it goes for many people the downtime isn't the real problem, its that lack of any communication from your part.

      The information we had was 15 Minutes.... it was a long 15 minutes from early morning to afternoon cet.
