I feel like BuddyControlPanel plugin would make it extremely easy for WoW GMs to catch botters. If it injects into the game then it is easily recognizable as an hack and if it is an overlay then it could still be detected. Then again i may be totally stupid and wrong about this
Just don't use it then? I trust the hb team wouldn't release a plugin if they didn't genuinly think it was safe, and they seem like a knowledgeable bunch. I've used it while quest leveling a character from 1-100. Haven't been banned yet and that was a week ago or so.
The Buddy Control Panel does not inject at all. The techniques it uses are perfectly safe, and are not visible to a GM, Game owner developers, or anyone else of that nature. Basically, think about it as scribbled on a distinct glass panel that is aligned perfectly with the game client window. cheers, chinajade
