They will provide written statements, notarized signatures, and so on... Pretty much anything required can be taken care of by your bank. They don't need to send picture ID when they have a notarized statements on letter head stating the funds are good. For small transactions its normally just a faxed statement.

I've been an FSA / MLO and even managed brokerages and bank branches. Your bank and credit card company will 100% assist you in sending money.

Hi, Zemnexx, and thank you for your candor.

We're sorry you allowed yourself to be scammed, but you simply do not own any Bossland GmbH products—despite what the scammer may have led you to believe.

      • The forum staff cannot assist with issues related to user accounts, so posting here is pointless. Only the Bossland GmbH 'front office' can assist you with issues related to user accounts.

      • You elected to purchase a key from a scammer that is completely unrelated to Bossland GmbH. We do our best to warn about such things—see "I bought a second-hand key from someone..." and "Did I get scammed?" in this article:

Despite our best efforts, purchasing from a reputable seller is solely the responsibility of a user. We fail to see how this is Bossland GmbH's problem.

      • If you want Support, purchase a legitimate key from the legitimate company. Here is the site for Honorbuddy:

You can find the sites for other Bossland GmbH products here:

Denying Support for a product you have not purchased (from a legitimate source) is not 'rude'.

      • Once a chargeback occurs, most payment providers (including Blizzard itself) will place that payment vehicle on an internal fraud list. Once on the list, that payment vehicle cannot be used again with that payment provider. You can find more information about such things here.

Knowing these things is a responsibility of the card holder. Such information is usually buried in all that 'fine print' that comes with the credit/debit card. Sadly, sometimes it takes a lesson like this to learn.

We're closing this thread as a 'troll'... please do not open another on this topic.

      cheers,
