I was wondering if i am doing something wrong, or its my pc, or anything else. My Wow Process uses 3 - 6 % of CPU while HB uses from 7 to 25 % constantly spiking Even when just running around. I am using This profile [GB2][N]Highmountain Foxflower and Leystone v1.0) on This PC :
Intel Core i7-6500U (Dual Core, 2.50, Turbo 3.10 GHz, 4MB cache)
      12GB DDR3L 1600MHz
      AMD Radeon R5 M335 4GB DDR3
      Laptop Windows 7 x64

I lowered all possible setting in wow including FPS to 20, Using directx 9 and 800x600 resolution. For HB running Tuanha CR and the listed profile ( alltho doesnt matter what profile or cr i am using the CPU usage is the same ) with all disabled plugins, turned off logs and ticks per second set on 6 . Tried many programs which should contain CPU usage at some % but non of it worked for HB. TL;DR Looking for help how to reduce my CPU Usage on HB !!

Lower your frame lock in HB settings.

Edit: You already did that just saw it

You can reduce the renderscale to 0.1 with a console command. You can do 0.5 via GUI.
Dont remember command, something like /console setrenderscale 0.1
And botzalot wth, asking if a laptop CPU is overclocked.. ? :D
