  • Key Expired but aint that mad

      I bought my key when MMOtotus died, i dont even remember what i paid for it but that was 2009. its been 8 years give or take, i mean i bought combat profiles for 50$ that expired in 3-4 months when a new expac came out. While I am pissed there was no email warning, what really is annoying the shit out of me is the fact I now have to buy a new key (and did) but not only does this new key have none of the profiles or whatever I have purchased on it, my buddyauth account password was revoked, requiring me to reset it, and theres no way for me to update my key from my buddyauth account.

      So not i have to sit here for the next week or possibly more, as support wades through thousands of emails complaining baout lifetime sub cancellation (which is bs but i more then got my moneys worth from so again whatever) before I can use any of the shit I paid for.

      So I'd like to make a suggestion, that we have the ability to add keys to our account in buddyauth, or at least update a key for one license, because if all my purchases are gone now im going to be pissed.

      it says my key is already claimed

      ^ yah same shit here... I just went and RE-paid you guys even though I had a Life time key! and I get this same error! i'm furious! how the hell do I use my new key!!!!

      I submit my New key and I get this "Key already claimed" wtf plz fix my account!

      Yeh. Key already claimed. I bought none, but it still says that my old keys are claimed and when i buy another zero keys, they are still claimed oO

      Seriously ^ see, it's not just us it's a lot of people wth man.. plz fix this I mean you could at least have this working for the people who decided to stay and support you even though you took away our Lifetime keys! please get on this asap. I used a diff email address then the original one I had access to in 2012... SO, I doubt that has anything to do with it and I Never attatched my just got key to ANYTHING yet so no clue why it says *Key already claimed* this is messed up! Can't even use this ish even after just re-getting it... come on bossland! msg us back on how to fix this asap please!

      If you purchased from a different email you will need to contact support@thebuddyforum.com to get the accounts merged correctly.
