It seems Arelog is abandoned, and HBRelog isn't working since the last update 2 months ago. So are there any other options out there that I am missing?

HB relogger is working. I suggest grabbing another one or post on the HB Relogger thread with your issue.

      Good Luck

I redownloaded it, and it still isn't working. It is getting stuck on "Waiting for WoW to start" with this error:

Delete your settings file and launch it again... sometimes it gets corrupted :(

EDIT: FYI the settings file is in your documents or someplace strange (I don't remember, google it). Re-downloading hbrelog or honorbuddy won't fix it.

Also make sure you have installed HonorBuddy at least once from the installer to ensure you have the correct dependencies, e.g., C++ redistributable, etc. That detail bit me a couple of times when I was migrating installations across machines.
