I've been a member for a long time now, and I've seen lots of vitriol directed towards the company, by old and newer users alike, and I think it's time to show you all some appreciation! My 6 Lifetime keys were very old and all stopped working a couple of days after the announcement. I immediately purchased the 3 session, yearly key, and I couldn't be happier. I also want to thank you for putting all your time and effort into this. I bought a yearly key yesterday. People don't understand it costs money to hire developers and continue support of the bot.
well I got hit by the november ban wave there for about a 6 month ban, then I come back just to check on things here and whoops my key is done! Honestly its seen it's use for whatever I paid. I do however think that maybe lifetime users should get a month free for a bot of their choosing since we did kind of expect a full lifetime key. I do support this company though!
I have no problems with the reasoning but It could have been done allot different than hey your lifetime key is done as of NOW. That was without any respect to anyone. Not going to kiss butt like the above posts
Thanks to the buddy team for giving us this amazing bot! This will go down in history as the greatest most famous bot ever! But hopefully the history has a good while longer to run yet! I have no problem purchasing a key, 25 euros for 1 year is giving it away for free!
This. This is my problem with the whole situation. You guys are paying legal fees and instead of trying to get donations from the loyal users, you screwed your lifetime users by expiring their keys and forcing them to buy new, yearly keys. And then in order to justify it, a BS reason about the lifetime being for the lifetime of HB2 instead of any extra changes you make. And all of this without any sympathy. A good ol' "get over it" attitude from the staff. I've yet to renew my HB.

You can state it any way you want....What you did was straight up shady and a low-blow to your customers that you told over and over again that their keys were lifetime. Blizz is going to continue to fight you in the courts until all your money is gone. This UK fee was just the first of many to come. What are you going to do when the next bill comes? You really should've just shut your business down instead doing what you did.
If you really feel this way then you should simply stop using the bot and pretend they went out of business and get out of here. It's a foolish position to rather them go out of business and no bot, then you have to pay someone else for an inferior product rather than paying and them staying in business. This is the type of cancer that needs to be removed from this community.
no one did. if you arent a paying sub then they may as well be out of business (for you). atleast us non cuckholds can continue to pay for the product we want and you can not have it as if they went of of business. win win.
