Was the game account created after the 13-May-2015 banwave?
Before. Just recently got unbanned from the banwave.

      EU or US realm?
      US.

Did the account have any previous suspensions or bans?
Yeah, got hit by the banwave.

How many (average) hours per day did you bot?
Botted only 8 hours total after getting unbanned before getting permabanned.

What estimated percentage of the time did you supervise your bot?
~75%. I keep an eye on it (dual monitors) whenever I'm at the computer, but left for about 2 hours in between.

Was your account involved in gold selling?
      No.

How many auctions per day did you post on this account?
(If you were posting auctions at some other timeframe than "per day", please describe your magnitude and frequency as appropriate.)
None. Never used bot for auctions even before banwave.

Did you use any non-Honorbuddy bots with this account? If so, which ones?
(A non-legitimate Honorbuddy should be listed here, as it does not have the same account protections as legitimate Honorbuddy.)
      No.

Did you use any H4cks, Che4ts, or mods with this account? If so, what are their names?
      No.

Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share?
Last message I received (from HB logs) was a whisper saying that I have 10 seconds to log out and my account is being closed, probably from a GM.
There were some erratic behavior I caught while bot was doing Isle of Conquest. He fell off an edge and got caught in-between a few slopes of a hill, where jumping is required to get out. At that point, the game dropped to 3 fps. I watched for a couple minutes to see if the bot can get out itself, but it couldn't, probably due to the extremely low frame rate. I paused the bot and the fps returned to normal, then I moved the character out manually and continued botting with no problem. I suspect the same thing happened during a time when I'm not at the computer and someone reported me.
