Hi, Sinila, and sorry for this loss. Bliz will sometimes do this, if the account has profited in any fashion from a botted account. The concept of "profited in any fashion" is sometimes very subtle. You can find more information about this type of behavior on their part in this article: BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Is Botting Safe? Hopefully, you can analyze the situation to determine if the accounts got 'linked' in some way. If you are certain there is no linkage, you may have grounds for safely appealing. cheers, chinajade
