So here is where I am at with my suspension. Account suspended until January 5th, 2017. I have appealed, and they came back saying nothing will be done, case closed (it was stated further emails may be ignored). I then requested a refund for my legion purchase, they said no. I emailed back again stating I have not received the product I paid for, still no refund. Reason stated was banned/suspended accounts are not entitled to refunds, plus the purchase was done back in November 2015. I will continue to email them until my account is unsuspended or I get my refund.
