Lasted 10 days. Suramar farming 16hrs/day. Had 2 other accs on the same bnet, machine, ip, running hb at the time of the ban and nothing happened to them still. Permaban this time. Email differs from 6 month suspension and says something along the lines of "ToS (or eula) violation" so no specific reason. Also that email message seems unique, can't google it - looks like a manually handed ban from hacks team? Any ideas? :/
