Hello, this might be posted already but i felt like not everyone knows how to do this simple trick to maximize your farming sessions for your gatherer bot.

      1. Go to your bot directory.

      2. Right click the .xml gatherer profile > edit with notepad OR notepad++ (or similar).

      3. You should see a section called <AvoidMobs>.

      4. In order to start avoiding the mobs you're encountering and never fight them, you should add their names AND their IDs into that section (you can get all this info from wowhead).

      5. Let's say your bot dismounts and starts fighting some mobs called "Saberfang Worg" (a mob you normally find on your fjarlsganggl farming route). You should add the following line in the <AvoidMobs> section: <Mob Name="Saberfang Worg" Entry="111206" />. It should look like this:

NOTE: you need to do this for every profile you're using. Don't expect your bot avoid the mobs from SURAMAR if you added the mobs to avoid from STORMHEIM.

EDIT: Just found out this useful post: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/gatherbuddy-2-profiles/legion-700-800-a/274766-blank-profiles-mobs-avoided.html (credits to https://www.thebuddyforum.com/members/125084-magignom.html)
You can just simply add all those mobs from the particular area you're farming and your bot should NEVER ever start fighting mobs again.

How do you find your gatherer profile? I've looked every single folder through in my Honorbuddy files, but it's just not there. Did a clean install aswell.

Also, I dont know why this would help any, because your bots will end up dying all the time, which is what happened to me when i tried that.

Oh, so it's not possible with profiles from the store?

You should always bot with a tank spec, that way you can continuosly gather without getting dismounted (IF you have sky golem, this post is made for sky golem users specifically) you should definetely try that, your NPH could go way higher without these distractions, also, you literally never die

I've also tried adding all zone mobs to the profile and had the same issue as Doc. I'll try running this on a tanking toon and see how it goes. It means instant death if the toon dismounts, or gets too many mobs on it so that it keeps getting interupted. You definitely want herbing enchants on gloves to ninja nodes before being attacked.

      +1 for effort though.

No, you won't be able to. Buddy store products are not stored locally on the computer. Thus, there's no way to edit a file.
