      Any reason why i'm getting this screen when I try to download profiles?

      the file downloaded fine, its your pc that doesnt know what to do with the .xml profile what program to use to open it. of course you dont want to have windows open it, you NEED to go into honorbuddy and click "Load profile" to use it.
