  • Failure to log in after patch

      Have seen consistent failure at Logging in stage since patch

      Having looked at other threads, I have attempted

      - attempting all options for the connecting region
      - deleting Settings multiple times
      - verifying I was running 32 bit version
      - removed microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable and microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable View attachment 9608 2015-09-28 01.44.txt , restarted pc, ran installationwizard as admin, ran windows update and installed all updates for .net & c++, then restarted
      - reinstalling HB
      - resetting host file and verifying Google DNS
      - switching from DX11 to DX 9
      - restarted PC multiple times

      all have failed.

      PM-ed my information to Tony to arrange a Skype session, never received a response.

      Product still failing to log in.

      Is there an expected solution?

      I am still waiting to hear from anyone in support.

      I have attempted all previously listed solutions, plus disabling all antivirus software and cycling my router. The program still fails at attempting to log in.

      Is there any plan to attempt to resolve the product failure?
